Attorney with more than 30 years of experience in the financial sector, specializing in banking operations, financial regulation, commercial contracting, and corporate governance. Throughout his career, he has advised national and international organizations on complex legal, regulatory, and strategic matters, contributing his expertise to the development and oversight of financial institutions.
He has held key leadership positions as legal counsel, liquidator, and board member at prominent banking and financial institutions. His professional experience also includes the telecommunications sector, where he has provided strategic legal advice in areas such as contract management, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
Carolina Galeano de Bestard
Vice President
Psychologist, professional ontological coach, and certified PSYCH-K® facilitator, specializing in human development and leadership transformation. For more than two decades, she has served as Executive Director of YOICA S.A., a company dedicated to people management, leadership development, and organizational culture.
She is also Executive Director and Country Representative of GREAT PLACE TO WORK® Paraguay, the local representative of the global organization that recognizes and certifies outstanding workplace cultures in more than 90 countries, a role she has held for over 15 years.
Carolina is the founder and first President of the Paraguayan Association of Ontological Coaches (APCO). Throughout her career, she has actively contributed to the development of the business and professional community through her participation on the boards of organizations such as APARH, the Club de Ejecutivos del Paraguay, ADEC, and Club Cerro Porteño, among others.
Joshua Daniel Abreu Boss
Managing Director
Professional with extensive experience in international financial markets, monetary policy, and financial sector regulation. He holds an MBA from the University of Oxford, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Oral Roberts University, United States and a Postgraduate Certificate in International Trade from St. Mary’s University, London.
He began his professional career in London at UBS Investment Bank, where he served as Financial Controller for Cash Equities and Emerging Markets. Upon returning to Paraguay, he joined the Reserve Management Department of the Central Bank of Paraguay, where he gained expertise in financial markets, investment management, and institutional frameworks.
In 2018, he was appointed President of the National Securities Commission of Paraguay, leading initiatives aimed at strengthening the country’s capital markets and regulatory environment.
